Any returns or exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the product.
The Kangapouch cannot have been used. This means that it cannot have been, slept in, washed or soiled.
All sales on Sale Items, Toddler Duvets and Duvet Covers, or any custom made orders are considered final sales.

Return packages coming from the US must be shipped with United States Postal Service USPS (EMS service excluded).
Mark as ‘Return’ on the package in large letters as well as on the customs form. The customs commodity is ‘Baby Clothing’
USA returns from any courier such as Fedex, DHL or UPS will not be accepted.
Returns or exchanges from any country other than the USA or Canada are not accepted.
